On the go sewing kit?
I’m a student and an aspiring movie director, and I’m trying to put together a sewing kit that I can take with me on shoots in case of wardrobe issues that might arise. I’ve been on so many student movie shoots where there was a costuming problem but no one ever seems to remember to bring thread, safety pens, and things like that just in case.
So my question is, what are some basic essentials that I should put into a kit?
Right now I’ve thought of:
Thread
Needles
Straight Pins
Safety Pins
scissors
no-sew fabric glue
hot glue gun (for broken accessories etc.)
Any other ideas?
