How do I reconstruct a sweater without sewing?
All I can find is to serge it and I do not have a sewing machine (although I do want to get one and learn how to use it) and I already have a ton of hand sewing projects. There is got to be some way with glue or something. Also I already know about felting and this is for non felted sweaters.
