can someone help me with this T account please?
I can’t get the credit to match the debit and I don’t know what I am doing wrong… There are nine T accounts: Cash in Bank, Accounts Receivable, Sewing Supplies, Sewing Equipment, Accounts Payable, Tran Lee’s Capital, Tran Lee’s Withdrawals, Repair Fees, and Rent Expense.
Here are the transactions:
1. Tran Lee invested ,000 cash in the business.
2. Paid 0 rent for the month, Check 101.
3. Purchased sewing equipment for ,750, Check 102.
4. Purchased sewing supplies, 0, on account from Eastern Notions Company.
5. Received 9 for alterations.
6. Completed a large tailoring job and received ,149 for services.
7. Tran Lee withdrew 0 for personal use, Check 104.
8. Did tailoring work on account for 6.
9. Paid 0 on account owed to Eastern Notions Company, Check 103.
There are some T accounts I know for sure. Like, Tran Lee’s Capital Balance being ,000 (Credit), Sewing Equipment Balance being 50 (Debit), Sewing Supplies Balance being 0 (Debit), Tran Lee’s Withdrawals Balance being 0 (Debit), and Rent Expense Balance being 0 (Debit). I have Repair Fees empty because I don’t see any and I also have Accounts Receivable empty. I know I messed up on the Cash In Bank, Accounts Payable, and in Accounts Receivable.
Those are the only nine accounts. Repair fees are are just how much money was spent on repairs. There was no money spent on repairs so it hsould be empty.
